i was wondering if some one could either make or some how convert the model of naked snake from metalgear solid 3 snake eater. if some one would do this i would be eternaly greatful.

Naked... snake...? You mean where he has no shirt, he is shot in the leg, and his eye is ripped out (or whatever happens.) No one will be able to convert it, as it is on the PS2... And I don't think anyone would model a "Naked" Snake. Oh wow, his name is Jack too!!!

Edit: The guy with the codename "Raiden" is Jack, and "Snake" is Jack. AMAZING!

i bet there is a way to convert it, but its probibly not known very well...or not even coded much yet. If you can render it, you may be able to write it.

Wait a minute. Naked Snake, is the code name of the man, Jack, who you play as in Metal Gear 3. He later gains the rank of Big Boss, and is cloned into three versions, Solid, Liquid, and Solidus. thank god there is some one that also knows what they are talking about. when he tells ocolot that his name is john he is lieing through his teeth thats why in the vid he has this big smirk like he is actually thinking "f**k this little pannzy prick im not telling him my real name"

Iriquoy Plissken - hidayo kojima said that snake was prity much a rip off of kurt russells character S.D. Bob Plissken from the ecape from new york and escape from L.A. movies.

i would just love to play as snake from mgs3 in css or just to make pics with in gmod, i think that it would be awsome.

thank god there are two other people that actually know about the MGS series really well other than me, i have played through MGS1 (PSX) literally 17 times, MGS2 (PS2) 10 times, and MGS3 (also PS2) 2 times. so I also know alot about this.whoever said snake's real name is david and whatever should play those games, they're awsome. I'm not sure about snake lying about his name to Ocelot, it just wouldn't seem right. At that point they had mutual respect for eachother, much like the respect between my character and Vash in the anime Trigun. But then again, that brings up the interesting question of the name that Sniper Wolf gave for Big Boss, "Saladin". Sheesh this series can get more complicated then a soap opera sometimes, doncha think?

Hmm... I played MGS1 once... too long. MGS2 at least 15 (once on each difficulty with about 5 saves,) and MGS3 around 3 times. They were fun, but the original was the best!

naked snake is the codename to big boss :p
and it's big boss you play as in mgs3 not solid snake

lul its all complicated but basicly when i read the strategie guide for mgs 4 the back info said something like they are all diffrent people so wether its right idk but thats what it says

I'm working on it, but it will take a while as I have to manually flip a bunch of faces and manually UV map the models and add custom textures but it's possible since I'm a pro. I will make it super high quality and high res maps and bump maps and everything. I will make both versions of Snake- Naked Snake and Big Boss with the eyepatch.

If I am a "pro" I would already be busy working on something and wouldn't have much time for side projects. Having the model already here makes things much easier and faster. Also, I was not the one who ripped it; I don't even have 3D Ripper.

EDIT: Actually, everything except his head will be remodeled since the poly count is really low. I'm going to get him to around 10,000 tries and pack in a bunch of detail.

solid snake= mgs 1 2 4 and alot of arcade games i think? liquid snake= 1 and his arm in 2 4 revolver Ocelot=1 2 3 4 :o naked snake or big boss= 3 4 and MGS PO and soon MGS PW. that should sum it up i guess
