Enter 1980, the decade just started anew. But the early decade was filled with Hard Rock and generally awesome music. But on February 19, 1980, Bon Scott from AC/DC died. After this they searched for a new singer (who I believe is the source of the racism). They found it in Brian Johnson, from Britain. I believe he turned all their anguish and pain into the lyrics of the new album Back in Black. They had to blame someone, so they blamed African Americans.
It was widely popular around this time for backwards lyrics, or people to look for hidden messages by playing songs backwards. But for this hidden message you just have to reverse the album title.
For example
The regular album, nothing noticeable.
Now in my crude photoshop you can see the message clearly. Black in back!
This is a secret code discriminating against the whole black race, saying they belong in the back of things, such as buses.
And if you look at the lyrics for the song, some farther discrimination pops up
Saying that he was a black guy being hung.
Saying black people are good at shooting
Saying black people are too poor to live in houses so they live on railroads
Saying only black people are in gangs
I will investigate into other songs more, but I hope others are as shocked as I was to find this out.

AC/DC is like, one of the whitest (no racism or anything intended) bands I know. There is no way I could relate them to the stereotypes you stated.
