Here are some of the emails I got replies to. I also had another about alt-tabbing in fullscreened games, but it was boring and long and you're probably not interested.

We miss you, Mr. Shephard.
Come back to us.
End your story so we can get on with this miserable day.

What did you think of E3 this year? Did you feel as though it was set up better than previous years? Did you like the changes? Did you feel questions were more relevant? What was the stupidest question you got this year/previous years?
Replied:
I like the old crazy E3.

My friend Rylan (you might know him) he told me he delivered food to
your office complex everyday. He says that you're a vegetarian and you
like your sandwiches with lettuice, tomatoes, red onions, mustard and
cranberry sauce on rye. He delivered from Hillside Quickie Vegan
Sandwich Shop. Is
he a liar and should I discontinue my friendship or can we continue being pals?
Replied:
I am not a vegetarian.
Sent:
Oh, but do you recognize the sandwich shop?
Replied:
Nope.

When you release maps in the packs that you release and the maps
happen to be made by community members. Does Valve or you modify the
maps? These maps include steel or turbine. What happens when an
exploit is discovered? What if people have non custom maps and they
download custom maps? Thanks man,
Your firend,
Sumguy21
Replied(From Robin Walker):
Hi Ian.
Yes, we often make minor fixes/changes to the community maps before we
release them. Sometimes we talk to the original mapmaker and they make
the changes, other times we do it. If an exploit is discovered, we'll
fix it if it's an obvious fix, or talk to the original mapmaker if it's
not. We work with the mapmaker to try and ensure the name we use is
unique, so that it doesn't collide with previous versions of the map.
Robin.
