also fallout 3+ and skyrim/oblivion arent rpgs theyre fps games
Also, I haven't even been following this game at all. A friend at college mentioned it was coming out today so I really just want to get a general opinion from people who have actually been following D3.
the standard box is pretty cool, i got a nice poster as well
they were like 15 people at the gamestop release lol
If you liked Diablo2 then buy this game.
If you like hack n' slash dungeon crawlers then buy this game.
Check this link: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/game/ and decide and if you like the progression then buy this game.

Only an hour to go!
Damn, all I've got is mountain dew. Perhaps I'll have to raid the freezer.
Got a gallon of chocolate milk. That's really about it. . . Still a pretty good drink choice, if you're not worried about being fat or getting fat.
I'd be happy if I had gamer fuel. All I got is coffee and cigarettes. I'm out of coffee.
I've got Dr. Pepper and one piece of leftover KFC chicken. I'm ready.
Just finished the install. 40 minutes folks. Anyone need someone to play with?
Hey guys, this is the first time I've stayed up really late in a while. Should I be worried about the effects it'll have on my body? I plan on playing for a few hours after midnight and then napping or something.
People pull all-nighters all the time right?
Do I have to download the content over again to play it or does the demo content work by just patching it?
Pascall, thank you, I knew it was only a matter of time before he started acting like he does in the WoW thread in here.
Anyway, reached level 17 on my monk before coming off for the night, 5 hours 47 minutes to do Act 1 exploring EVERYTHING and breaking anything I could.
Well, apparently I was a badass in the past. I found 85 dollars rolled up in the magazine tube of my Airsoft shotgun, with a sticky note that says "EMERGENCY GAME MONEY"
I will be spending this money on Diablo 3 and late night junk food. Fuck yeah.
Or if you intend to just take a nap and wake up at a normal time, you'll just be more tired that day, then next day everything's awwwwright.
I hope Monk is fun, I never bothered trying the beta but Monk seemed to be the class that looked the most fun for me.
26 more minutes!
anyone know how much hmv are selling diablo 3? they have it on there website but no price. tempted to try the supermarkets first, i got SC2 from asda but i just went to my local 24 hour one and they didnt have diablo
I'm considering buying this now that it's out to kill some time, because I enjoyed the beta a lot. But how are the servers holding up?
Thank fuck I'm only in school till 2. Catch the bus, be home at 2.30 if I'm lucky, haven't got work until saturday night, Witch Doctor time!
Anyone want to make a small group of 2 or 3?
If you're already leading a healthy lifestyle you'll have even less problems, you could pull all nighters every weekends and you wouldn't really have any repercussion except a day or two where you're slightly more tired.
I mean look at all 'dem nerds all up in here, pullin' all nighters with several tons of pop drinks and bags of chips, and they probably do that on every new midnight launch that happens on games they're hyped on, and they're still here to keep doing it and doing it and will still be for the rest of their lives until they die of old age.
As someone who work out, you'd ask anyone else who work out seriously and even them will tell you that they dedicate atleast one day a week to be a cheat day where they can eat junk food.
