Can anyone convince me to buy this? Maybe list like the top 10 reasons this game will be awesome or something. Really on the fence about buying this right here and now.
how about just fucking buy it and stop going to the internet to see what others think, its always just a bandwagon.

also fallout 3+ and skyrim/oblivion arent rpgs theyre fps games

Not everyone just throws $100 at a game without hearing what people think of it first.

Also, I haven't even been following this game at all. A friend at college mentioned it was coming out today so I really just want to get a general opinion from people who have actually been following D3.

If you liked Diablo2 then buy this game.

If you like hack n' slash dungeon crawlers then buy this game.

Check this link: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/game/ and decide and if you like the progression then buy this game.

you wanted a general opinion so you come to a thread full of people who have been waiting for the game, likely for years, and ask them if you should get it? what the fuck do you think the answer is going to be?

he expected an unbiased opinion from objective video-game players? the guy is a chump, though.. it's as simple as looking at any of the vast amounts of gameplay and comparing it to what you would like to play.

Hey guys, this is the first time I've stayed up really late in a while. Should I be worried about the effects it'll have on my body? I plan on playing for a few hours after midnight and then napping or something.

There is a series of drinks called Mike's Hard. It started out as Mike's Hard Lemonade, a light alcoholic drink that tasted like spiked lemonade. Then they added different flavors of lemonade like raspberry/etc. Then it spread to other types of drinks, like mojitos, margarita and others.

Well, apparently I was a badass in the past. I found 85 dollars rolled up in the magazine tube of my Airsoft shotgun, with a sticky note that says "EMERGENCY GAME MONEY"

I will be spending this money on Diablo 3 and late night junk food. Fuck yeah.

If you're not trolling, no need to get alarmed, unless your sleep schedule is absolutely fucked for long periods of times (I'm speaking DECADES here), nothing bad will happen and yes, people pull all-nighters all the god damned time, all that'll happen is your sleep schedule might be a bit off for a few days, then it'll all go back to normal.

Or if you intend to just take a nap and wake up at a normal time, you'll just be more tired that day, then next day everything's awwwwright.

One time drunk me left sober me $30 hidden. However, drunk me found it a year later before sober me found it and drunk me spent it on himself very selfishly.

I hope Monk is fun, I never bothered trying the beta but Monk seemed to be the class that looked the most fun for me.

The human body is pretty good at dealing with shit like that, you could stay up for 48 hours and the only repercussion you would have would be that you'd be pretty exhausted. It only gets bad if you stay up for like 4+ days in a row at which point you start hallucinating but even then, if you get some sleep, you'll be alright.

If you're already leading a healthy lifestyle you'll have even less problems, you could pull all nighters every weekends and you wouldn't really have any repercussion except a day or two where you're slightly more tired.

I mean look at all 'dem nerds all up in here, pullin' all nighters with several tons of pop drinks and bags of chips, and they probably do that on every new midnight launch that happens on games they're hyped on, and they're still here to keep doing it and doing it and will still be for the rest of their lives until they die of old age.

Worst I had today was about 10 mini snickers, Farmer Boys, and then like 3 apples and a bunch of water. Also have some bananas and some watermelon in my kitchen. I just don't want to destroy my body over 1 night of D3. I worry a lot and this really helped me get over my fear of staying up later, thank you very much!

Come back about destroying your body if you keep this up for entire decades, even eating shit isn't all that bad unless you do it daily, for a very long time.

As someone who work out, you'd ask anyone else who work out seriously and even them will tell you that they dedicate atleast one day a week to be a cheat day where they can eat junk food.
