I just caught this on the news before leaving for work. They mentioned that the crash was so intense that they apparently cannot find even one single shred of organic matter representing a human being.

Tough guy attitude? Over 100,000 - 150,000 people die every day. Why do we care if 150 people died in a plane crash? You don't know them and I don't know them. If I felt bad about 150 lost lives, I might as well feel bad about the other hundred thousand that died on the same day.

You are correct, and I agree 100% I don't really mind these people dying, it's life, and it doesn't affect me personally. What I was talking about was how a lot of FPers try to act all tough and heartless when the death is a statistic, but whenever it's just one person with a sad story to it, all of a sudden they're the loving, caring, emotional wretch they try to hide.
