http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Studiocompiler - has a decompiler as part of it and is the one that is widely used.

http://www.moddb.com/games/half-life...ecompile-model - I found this one but it just crashes when I run it. (there is more than one :P)

Not that I myself have managed to get either of these to work.

You've Tried Cannon Fodder's studio compiler? I'd say all modellers would recommend the tool.

I've been messing around with Cannon Fodder's, but when I try to select a model with the "Choose Model File" bar, it quits the whole program out.

I can't seem to find a fix for it. Any help?

I think most people by now use either wallworm or studiomdl.
