Anyone who can explain how to bind the key "1" so that i can fire 3 of my dual heavy cannons with just that button so that i can use the key "2" for torpedoes and "3" for mines. Much easier that way since i can reach the buttons easier.

Quick something about the shield: you need a Duty Officer on active space duty that gives a regen buff to brace for impact. Basically, what they did was tape brace for impact to the shield, but forgot about that DOff, which means that whenever you get hit with the shield on and the DOff equipped, that buff has a chance of applying.

I don't know if you can bind groups of weapons to number keys or not. But I know space is bound by default to fire all non-torpedo and I think non-mine weapons, So you could try using it instead of 1.

Yes, and control-space is kinetic weapons (torpedoes and mines).

I just got the full Odyssey set and when you activate all of the consoles at once you essentially become a massively powerful escort flanked by fighters dragging a cloud of healing everywhere you go. It's SO badass.

Say if I bought the runabout, what would I use it for? I assume you use it like you would any ship so what's the point of flying something so small?

Mostly for show but some missions require you to use a shuttles instead of your normal ship.

I'm thinking of buying the whole set, would be awesome to have those 3 consoles on my Tactical Escort Refit. But 4000 C-points is a bit much.
