He's Kikka.
His full name is "Kikka the Great the First the Best", and his full-time job is being an emperor (sidejobs include claiming land, boasting how much better Kikkaland is than other places and shoving guffaw-inducing amounts of money into mostly useless stuff).
He's about 14-15 years old, and enjoys long walks at the beach (specifically built not to have excess amounts of irregularly coloured sand and having snack shacks every 30 meters).
