    Can someone please make a script or something were is replaces the ammo for darkrp with the mad cow ammo * like crossbow bolts n 5mm ammo stuff like that*


    Please im very desperate

    any help would be appreciated

    It's easy to implement Mad Cow's Weapons into DarkRP. All you need to do is this:

    1. Open up the DarkRP/Enteties, then open up Mad Cow aswell, in both the folders, there should be a "Weapons" and a "Enteties" folder, put the mad cow ones into the same place as the other ones, and merge them. That's step one, now you got the weapons added.

    2. Make shipments with each of the weapons using "Addshipments.lua".

    3. Go into the DarkRP/gamemodes folder, then edit "Main.lua", scroll down to

    weaponClasses["weapon_pumpshotgun2"] = "models/weapons/w_shot_m3super90.mdl"
    weaponClasses["weapon_tmp2"] = "models/weapons/w_smg_tmp.mdl"
    weaponClasses["ls_sniper"] = "models/weapons/w_snip_g3sg1.mdl"
    weaponClasses["weapon_usp2"] = "models/weapons/w_pist_usp.mdl"
    weaponClasses["weapon_p2282"] = "models/weapons/w_pist_p228.mdl"
    weaponClasses["weapon_p90"] = "models/weapons/w_smg_p90.mdl"
    weaponClasses["weapon_knife2"] = "models/weapons/w_knife_t.mdl"
    

    Add all the new weapons, with proper worldmodels. There, you can now buy/drop them, and they should work fine.

    There may be some other scripts needed, so make sure to have the addon, just in case.

    This is the only way I know to do it, since it will include the ammo aswell. You can then use the Mad Cow base to make your own Sweps, with the right ammo.

    you could also just make madcow ammo shipments, thats what i did

    You need to make the weapons used compatible with the ammo aswell, so it's required to make new sweps with the base.

    that you'd go to CTRL + F and search for "buckshot" and change the ammo entities.

    I think you mean classes, not entities.


    Ammo classes

    AR2 - Ammunition of the AR2/Pulse Rifle
    AlyxGun - (name in-game "5.7mm Ammo")
    Pistol - Ammunition of the 9MM Pistol
    SMG1 - Ammunition of the SMG/MP7
    357 - Ammunition of the .357 Magnum
    XBowBolt - Ammunition of the Crossbow
    Buckshot - Ammunition of the Shotgun
    RPG_Round - Ammunition of the RPG/Rocket Launcher
    SMG1_Grenade - Ammunition for the SMG/MP7 grenade launcher (secondary fire)

    Has a solution been found for this? Has anyone changed their DarkRP successfully? Some people have said change the ammo the gun uses, do you change the shared.lua in the DarkRP folder where you move the Mad Cow weapons or in Mad Cows under addons?
