Was that really Dexter's brother actually being there or was it his conscious? . Really confused me.

You obviously missed the part where Dexter killed his brother back in season 1.
No, I saw it I was just thinking it was possible he faked it or something. I don't know just a twist of thought.
but the cops found the body
I know I know but you never know.. Could be a double![]()
Holy fuck this episode was amazing, next week will be even better especially when Dexter and Brian go after Trinity's son. Also don't listen to anyone saying LOL HE KILLED RITA because they said Rita died when the police raided the house, he was there. Trinity wasn't
They are probably building up to getting Dexter under either Deb, the new guy or Quinns radar.
S06E07 sneak peek / preview trinity's son sees his deceased father as well? oh dear.

Thank god for spoiler tags.
Seeing good things about episode 6 here. Just need to wait for my internet to stop being shit for long enough to load the episode. Love this show so much.
Season 6 is kicking season 5's ass so far.
I like that ending's twist. I like Brian. And looking by the previews he's gonna be cynical and cool. But I'm sad because I read that before in the internet. Fucking spoilers, I need start to avoid them.
Why does Dexter's brother look like such a grease ball compared to him?
I could give a fuck who you fuck just dont fuck with my investigation you fuck.
I know she curses a lot, but seriously?
That scene with the calling card of her psychologist. Bet she is loosing her shit soon, "meltdown mode" all the day like Dex would put it.
God damn, Nick turned out to be quite the prick. Well, he got what he deserved.
I like the irony of Nick being drowned at the same place he was baptized![]()
Dad is fake
Travis is a "very good artist" - he drew the paintings, not his dad.
I'm in full agreeance with this theory, but the cell phone...
I enjoyed the Batista punch, the baptism visual metaphor, and the fact that Dexter didn't forgive Nick. I was afraid he would. Wouldn't be dark enough.
The mind is strong, he can just be calling a random dead number but his brain makes him think he's actually hearing him.
As kind of a shoddy start this season was, this episode turned out fantastic.
Watching the next episode promo got me excited, this is turning into a great season.
Yeah, this episode restored my faith in the show.
Drunk Quinn is best Quinn.
"She has an OUTRAGEOUS ass!"
Also, that ending.
Shit yeah.
That was a fantastic episode.
Loved the ending. It was just so... Dexter-ish. We haven't seen Dexter blow up like that in a while, and I love it when he does it.
I've really liked this season all the way through, but this episode was the best so far. Hope they can keep it up.
Also drunk Quinn was priceless. "Girl from bar, Deb. Deb, chick from bar"
remember when the narrator called tyler durden in fight club?
yeah.
Is Dexter gonna start Murder Club?
oh
Also, I don't really hate quinn, he's annoying but I don't really want him killed like most of you guys do. Laguerta, on the other hand...
Also, I really hope that that girl that tried to steal the arm has something to do with the story, because THAT would be bas writing, having dexter imagine his brother at the same time that some chick tries to still the evidence from his case.
I absolutely forgot about that. You make a fair point.
quin is a shit addition to the show and all he does is annoy the shit out of everyone, i know he's SUPPOSED TO but it's not in a good way I just wish he wasn't there at all
I'd be okay with him it if it weren't for him dragging Deb into another of these emotional subplots which really is just getting a bit too much all at the same time. There's too many emotional subplots going on, they should patch up at least some of it so they can focus more on the Doomsday killer, on who bought the hand (if this is in any way important), and Dex.
I actually don't mind Quinn, sometimes I find him to be pretty funny.
I feel like Quinn is just some bland ass hole. A typical, run of the mill, one in a million, etc.
I liked when Quinn investigated Dexter, he should somehow drag Batista into this and continue what he did in season 5.
Caught this earlier today

Jeff Lindsay and his take on the show, Michael C Hall, and what he feels it lacks from the books.
"i couldnt give a fuck who you fuck, just dont fuck with my investigation, you fuck"
aaa, that writing
and i think she may have said "i could" instead of "i couldn't"
She did say "I could". I was bothered by it as well when I heard it.
He's already done that twice.
Edited:
He should have been brutally murdered in season 5.
it was 'ok' until that final "you fuck"
yeah I get that debra swears a lot but it really still needs to be well written. swearing a lot has to be an artform, it needs to flow. but her 'sweary' dialogue never flows and it usually feels forced. Instead of 'You're such a fucking asshole' they would write 'Fuck, you're such a fucking fucker', it's not funny, it's not smart, excessive swearing needs finesse, something these writers completely lack.
Just finished 3x09. Gah, and I really liked Miguel. As soon as Dexter let him kill for himself I knew he would go after Ellen. I'd understand him putting cow blood on his shirt after learning of Freebo's death, but why did he have it on his shirt before? Did he know Dexter was going to be there? And another question, don't answer this one if it's answered later on in the show: Has Miguel always been a killer, or did Dexter really give him his start?
ugh, i hope the whole travis denying to work for Gellar isnt like his split personality becoming a fight club situation where the narrator lost control of Tyler Durden. I feel like it might lead to a twist where he doesnt realize he (travis) is still going along with the doomsday plot when he is asleep, like in fight club. That would just be a huge, WTF moment that wasnt properly and smoothly introduced during the show.
On a good note, i love how Dexter straight up went "NOPE" and killed that kid straight up. I like his little relapse and hes back into his psychotic self. However, seeing next weeks preview, im not to crazy about how he is fucking shooting a gun while driving on the road. Dexter was psychotic, but surgical, not stupidly reckless like that. In the past, there was that clean, methodical, and intrigue-ness attitude when he kills people. But now, it looks like hes going to a killing spree in grand theft auto, just not a kind of relapse it should be. But i guess Brian is gonna be all about the fun in killing and its theres gonna be a GHOST DAD vs GHOST BRO fight that should be... interesting to say the least. That episode was a good one, and it might have just saved the season for me.
