I think that if we get a mining pick we can easily breach the wall to the Russians base and screw it up badly. If we don't, I think we should reconsider abandoning the whole base, taking only what fits in our inventories, and moving on another far away place.
I am afraid that I won't be able to play that much as I did before, as I had a free week before, and now I have things to do. (Ingame Ml114n)

If we do decide to move house, perhaps it would be good to have some form of layout to make things a little tidier.
And perhaps not leave boats all over the damn place, moving through that camp is a precise art form and I hate precision art.

Apparently now there are around like 6 active inhabitants. We got 2 houses, basic farm, and kill bears mostly without problems (by trapping them). However, our momentary position is uncertain, as we might move soon due to no metals being around.

And the boats were scuttled in center of camp for trapping bears, as everybody is too lazy to clean up after that
Hauling boats (mainly precisely) is pain in ass.

The next few days for Punchyork will be free for all, find and research if there's a mine anywhere, get more perception and exploration and find rustroots.
WE ALL NEED TO FOCUS ON RUSTROOTS AND FINDING MINES.

First of all, do you have the foraging skill? if not get it, after that get exploration up as it will allow you to see taproots more often.
You shouldn't need to get it very high, it is possible to see taproots with an exploration of 1 and 10 perception.
They look like this, you'll find them in the wilderness randomly

Yeah fir is a long way north. Or south. Or just a long way in any direction really, probably quickest to reach it by boat.
Also has anyone else noticed that Fire and Ice skill that's in there now? Wasn't there two hours ago...

My character is on the verge of death. I am both low on health, and I can't seem to find food.

I think my character bugged or the server is lagging... My SHP doesn't go down at all and my hunger bar doesn't change, either. Not sure if the interface just fucked up or what, but it's rather annoying...

Sigh... Had 3 drying frames disappear while I was logged out for like 3 hours. Shit had some furs drying, too. >.<

Wild Windsown Weeds, dry them out and you can get wheat seeds from them.

Do you need a high exploration skill to see them? I don't think I've seen any around.

The absolute minimum you'd want is PER * Exploration > 150. So with base perception of 10, 15 or higher exploration.

What exactly is the purpose of that bot still being there if it crashes every two seconds?

I did not understand how to join the facepunch village. It made no sence to me.

Basically, you go into IRC and type !requestpw. Someone will post the password in there and you enter that to the woman nearby the ladder. Going up the ladder will cause you to spawn in the main world and not a custom village.

Also, how do i dig and build walls? And when you log out does your hunger go down?

I'll just claim some territory in the northwest forest for now, I guess. When I can actually do any work that is helpful, I will just set up a building/hearthfire/whatever the hell you do to claim some land inside the town later.
Bloody hell, where are the fir trees, I want a damn bed/cabin and a spruce hat already. If they are no where near by or ridiculously far away I will be pissed off.

I'm so obviously manually logging in and out and my torrent client is so obviously not causing me to disconnect and my client is so obviously not automatically reconnecting and you so obviously shouldnt be idling and I so obviously wasnt sleeping up till now.

There is something called idling. Stay in the channel, sooner or later you'll get the password.
