To have everything solved in one day we would have to obtain the mentioned CSI tools.
Plus I'm sure Valve will send more stuff through BBS.
Has anyone run the SSTV images through steganographic detection software? Considering the images themselves were already hidden it wouldn't be a stretch for valve to hide stuff in their hidden stuff.

Which radio thing? If you mean the HL2 "Gman Radio noise" which sounds kind of creepy, no, it did not have SSTV info. At least when I checked it.

I talked to a radio amateur in arts school I went to 3 hours ago, he said that SSTV information is usually between 12000-14000 hertz area in sound signals.
I'm not done filtering it, but I wanted to remove some noise from the noise someone uploaded earlier. You can't make out much without turning your volume up, but Kleiner is definitely in there at 0:15.
I tried running a few through a 3-bit color and a 1-bit black and white filter - didn't find anything... but it was just a paint.net plugin :P

If you get the right username/password you get access to Ep3, TF3, L4D3, Duke Nukem Forever, CSS 2, etc.

About the whole "this is amazing" thing... If Alyx really is crying, and that really is Kleiner, why the hell would he say it's amazing? It's probably something like horrifying or terrifying... I can't see it being 'amazing' given the circumstances.
