America really got fucked up by all the Red Scare propaganda and stuff, now they're terrified of doing what other countries have been doing for decades because "its socialism1!!!!"
You know, if they didn't mandate that even small business (i.e. less than 25-50 employees, somewhere in that range) it would not be so bad. My mom who runs her own accounting firm, as in she is the only person, HAS to insure herself or be penalized something along the lines of $4200 a year (it is $4200 per employee). I am also sure that, while we may be the "laughingstock" of the civilized world in terms of health care, that most people honestly don't care because up until a year ago we had it soo very much better than all the EU combined.
Before it's too late!
I hate Obama for this bill
watch fox news. if you don't kill yourself in rage then you win.
This bill fucking sucks. There won't be any reform without a public option or a complete national healthcare plan. But I want it to pass anyways, if nothing happens nothing will ever change at all in the next 20 years.
Does it not bother you that we let companies compete for profit over our very livelihood?
Can't wait to have someone paying for me, alright
1) Death panels
3) Too much money
4) Illegal Immigrants
5) Abortions on the bill
6) Free handouts
I could go on. People have no fucking clue what is going on, and I'm really starting to question my philosophy of "the people know best".
I can't say much without dealing with flaming ,but... "Attempting to put out the fire with more wood only makes a bigger fire"
This article was not biased in any sense at all. I appreciate that very much. However, as much as liberals contend this is a humanitarian and smart plan. This will just make our debt skyrocket to the point were we will never be able to pay this off.
I don't understand how people think our debt is more important than saving lives.
Didn't the Supreme Court already deny this once?
The Democrats have been shoving this down American throats for the past year, and still they're having a hard time.
I don't see any indication that it is going to be won.
When a department is set up for this it's going to be hell getting rid of it.
Kucinich was threatening to vote "no" because he's an ultra-lefty who hates the fact that you took most of the stuff he wanted (e.g. a PUBLIC OPTION) out of the bill in order to compromise with the Republicans. He's only agreeing to vote for it now because he figures "it's better than nothing."
Tell me what that has to do with what you "believe in," Obama?
