    If you had a day and night system you could make monsters come out and night, so players have to hide in their buildings like on minecraft :)

    I have a date system :D i just made it, but it does not make day and night but i can make it do that.

    I would be very happy to give you it if it could develop this gamemode.

    day and night extension made :D

    also a math.random(1, 6) if 3 it starts to rain

    Ah, but that would be telling!

    Nah, but I'm just doing some tweaking to be honest - and some little additions - to try and make it easier to use
    - Redid the backpack
    - Added vendors ( still beta... )
    - Editting the building positioning tools, trying to make it easier to position.

    I would stay away from the abbreviation 'GMC', since it referred to 'GMod Central' back in the GMod 9 days. Plus, I'll bet you that It was already taken in countless other places, too.

    When i try to download it, it says "Error downloading file. Retrying..." and keeps retrying for 4-5 times and then stops. I tried to download it with internet explorer and with mozilla firefox but it's no use. Can you please reupload it or give me a link that is working

    Same, it's deffinately not working.

    Oh and GMC nowadays reffers to the "Garrys mod Community" who have made loads of maps with this as part of the name so it could get confusing.

    You should put a quest system for habitants of growing villages (mostly mayor) to give them an opportunity to make their settlement grow faster. Like you're a citizen of Thorjim, a starting village without much progress, and you meet an old Ma'am near the market-place (or the town hall etc.), she tell you she will give you money if, for exemple, you get rid of rats in his house.

    Or you meet a mysterious guy outside the walls, near backdoor or in the woods near the village, and this guy tell you to kill a merchant in a town or in wilderness (who is also a NPC)that he got trouble with. Off course he promise you a reward, lets say some moneys or more usefull things like a rare high quality gem or log.

    All this to say that you should make a quest system to help villages grow faster.

    Make it like stranded. Have it show the building slightly invisible? Until you put in the required resources.
