"Hello and welcome to the World Wide Brawl! I'm your host, RGH-1, and today we are going to have an EXCITING show!"
"Through these years we've been having fights and matches all around the universe, but not many were big enough to be called EPIC. But now my friends, this is about to change... because now I am the game master! And this event's arena...
"IS THE WHOLE WORLD!"
"So get ready contestants! You don't want to get left behind!"
This works pretty much like BFTI and MSPC, but with new rules.
To enter, you must introduce your character and choose a starting point.
RULES
1. MS paint section. MS paint only.
2. Fun and non-serious characters are OK, but making a offensive or overpowered character will get you ignored and/or banned.
3. NEW HIT RULE. You need to give your enemy a chance to dodge ONLY if the attack is deadly. If it's not, or it's in a small room, go for it.
4. Having more than one character is OK, but don't exagerate. 3 at max.
5. After you die, anyone can revive you. I noone does so, you can revive yourself after 5 pages or 5 days. Which ever comes first. But PLEASE be creative about it.
6. Alliances are allowed.
7. It's recommended that you save your image as PNG.
8. Use common sense, you should know what's fair or not to do.

How are players eliminated from the brawl and is there a prize of some sort? Can we also change locations?

Hes very angry, and you wouldn't like him angry.
He can incinerate things using rage, 2500o'Celsius, also he has a short temper and is always grumpy.

Reuploading, didnt read bout format.
He incinerates things by using powers of RAGE, hes not very fast, usualy walks, absorbs fire, cools off when his mood is fine.
Enjoys tea time.
Can get annoyed easily.
May get absorb metal and sand particles to make armour like Space Marine and go rape everyone with powerwrench.

I don't see how you could think that cause I made her up from scratch.
OH. Did you mean sigara?..... I still don't think the powers are very similar, Jess uses stuff that already exists around her to create stuff. Sig just created stuff out of thin air with a certain kind of substance. Unless you aren't talking about sig, in which case I am still clueless.
