Guys, why don't you do like starcraft 2 marines with citizen faces? Imagine the guy from Concerned fighting the zerg army! I thik it will be awesome.

I don't think it might work as all the citizens have different face model. And I bet Tycus's face isn't that slim and sexy as male_07's one :P

Getting the model to fit around the head is kinda hard, since it's bigger than your normal citizen, and unless you plan to break faceposing, and then remake it all from scratch you're somewhat out of luck.

Isn't it actually possible to headhack (Donnno what is it, lol) Tychus? I mean just remove Tychos's head and put a citizen head instead, without and rescaling and stuff. Just bind it to the head bone. I know it might look smaller but the marine suit is big itself, and I think tychos's head is too big for it. >:D

In any case, I don't know about the others, but I'm not going to be doing citizen heads.

Would it be possible to port Nova? I'm feeling creative, and I'd like to begin work on a Starcraft: Ghost comic. We seem to have enough SC models to at least start up *something* interesting with that :)

STFU!!!!! It will be done when it is done! It will not be released before it gets done, and not after, but when it gets done. They will release it when its done. They have already said what they will be working on. How about you guys actually read the posts for a change.

As I have said a few times already, progress will be posted when it is made. It is taking as long as it is because I have this thing where I go to a place, perform various tasks and get paid for it. It's called work.
Note that every time somebody hassles for progress, my enthusiasm for this project diminishes.

I agree with Jim and the others. Please guys jim and others have lots of real life to do. there not here to be your mindless drones to rip models and rig them for use in gmod. remember patience is a virtue. I'm happy of the stuff they already released and i don't care if it takes a year or more. Just please guys give them time to work. they are people like you and me and they do have real life jobs , school , and other things to worry about.

You know, if its made so when you color it with the color tool, you only color the main armor, you could make any color marine you want without it looking screwed up! IE: You could make screenshots of a SCII match! And awsome work with the headlights! Looks like hes ready to kick ass!Finally found a bit of time to do stuff.

You mean Devil Dogs. I don't think those are it, theres no ingame HD model last time I checked.

Maybe you are right, but with the black line above the eyes, and other parts, it makes it look like a Devil's Dog. Maybe Im right or wrong, either way, ITS FRIKKING AWESOME

You might be able to take the Devil Dog's unit portrait and replace the head of the regular Firebat model. I think that the helmet and textures are the only difference.

Sorry for the double post but, I just thought of somthing, The probe and drone proffiles seem to have a complete model with them, Can that be ported? Just curious.

BTW: I'm working on porting some of the models for me, and eventually I could release some of them. I'm working on the War Pig and the Medic right now.

Hmmmm..... Too bad... I really wanted to see the drone, that is unless you could basicaly copy the limbs and webbing and place them twice along the sides to create a full drone. Thats just my 2 cents though. Probably wouldnt work. But thats awesome that your porting the War Pig and Medic!Actually... some parts of the drone is missing (I haven't imported the probe yet..)
