It would be awkward using a bayonet on a pistol, you're better off just holding the knife with your other hand and stabbing.

I fail to see how anyone short of retarded could manage to hurt themselves with that simply firing.

Being disarmed, thrashed around, etc etc however....I wouldn't want that on my gun.

If you put your non-dominant hand beneath the grip, then fire said hand slips, you might get cut.
