I don't even remember people getting unbanned when he was banned? The 2 admins in the final dispute with him where supers trolling him. A trolling well deserved ;)

To clarify I am bobjimjoejackson.
The initial "deal" with ByB was two admins (DinosaurJesus and AndreBlue) who both heavily abused admins for their own benefit. I caught them out and upon using the provided feature to report abusive players "/report" or attempting to discuss the matter at hand with these admins I was consistently harassed simply because they feel they have a God-given right to throw players around with their physgun when not even an admin on duty.
The simple truth is that 99.9999% of admins on DarkRP servers rely on being able to screw over players all the time and try to do things that are against the rules. Its something that is patently true with your servers and the admins on there. That's the reason I a boat load of space for FRAPS, so I can prove straight away when an admin has done something wrong--which I have done multiple times on your servers.
Get muted/slayed/kicked/banned for no proper reason? Try and talk to an admin about it and be reasonable?
You just get muted and ignored.
Now you know why I have as many steam accounts as I do, because I'm not going to get banned by some 12 year old who used mom's credit card to buy admin and who consistently abuses it.
Upon providing video evidence I was further banned. So yes, I have been banned for using the report feature, in fact I have been banned from your forums at least 20 times now--and I'll keep signing up because no one wants to listen to my legitimate complaints and insists that I am trolling when I have caught a number of admins out all the way from paid admins to root admins.
I imagine its not very flattering when a root admin bans me for dropping some cash into a money splitting machine when I turn around and show video evidence of him dropping 500$ in the same machine at the exact same point in time. I never tried to crash your server. Someone made a machine, I had some fun, just like Deon the superb Root Administrator.
It's very easy to call me a troll because the story doesn't paint a pretty picture of ByB-- You can't face up to the criticisms I have provided, neither can Deon and neither can Andre.
Yes the videos I have made are heavily edited. It was a few videos on YouTube. The original FRAPS footage was at least 20-24 hours in length as well as about 3 hours of Ventrilo recordings, of course it is edited.
Your OWN rules state that an admin will have their admin permanently revoked for three warnings. Andreblue has been banned 4 times for admin abuse, yet he is still an admin. It is particularly ironic that AndreBlue and his brother (who has been banned 9 times, which is more legitimate times than I have been banned) have both tried joining various griefing groups, would this not make them both trolls?

Explain why Deon was never punished for doing the exact same thing I did?
Explain how AndreBlue is still an admin?
Explain why I get repeatedly banned for posting legitimate reports?

I join your servers, school your admins on their own rules and get banned for "admin disrespect".

And letting them spam the slay command so much that the server lagged? Isn't it kind of ironic to ban me because you claim I "tried to crash the server" when your own super and root administrators have repeatedly done the same thing (and in this case in an attempt to get rid of me)

Me and my friends went on one of those super serious rp servers for shits and giggles...We snuck into the cinema so we wouldn't be disturbed only to turn and see a combine cop blocking the doorway.
Him and his backup drew their guns and ordered us agains the wall, we complied and waited for them to handcuff us so the door was clear.
The second the door was clear, we fucking ran like bitches, screaming the entire way into our mics and etc.
We ran from safe place to safe place, constantly avoiding them until an admin finally stepped in to stop the madness when we decided to trap a lone black gentleman in an alleyway by surrounding him meaning he could not escape us and only stare into our eyes.

If you don't see that as a valid ban reason then you obviously don't understand our rules...

My usage of the word gay was in reference to the sexual orientation (homosexual) which was confirmed when he ragdolled me and proceeded to anally sodomize me using what appeared to be a 47kg gas cylinder.
This in itself is metagaming as he took an action that was outside of roleplaying and then attempted to use it within the roleplay. This is a highly serious offense. I am sure as someone who runs an RP server you are well antiquated with how serious of an offense metagaming is. You continue to ignore this fact which would undermine any community that is serious about roleplaying.

I would also like to say that I was extremely offended by Deon's titling of me as being a "princess", this is truly the manner of remark that only someone who is a "sexually repressed hypocrite" would make. Does questioning someone's gender not also equate to questioning their sexual orientation? In this case it is clear that you must also permanently ban Deon and revoke his status as root administrator for these flagrant, baseless comments.

Actually, isn't that worse? Specifically pointing out who he is, or his sexual preference in an unban request when you know you're being accurate. That means you deem him as less than your preferences. You deem his to be worse, lower or a disgrace.
I do accept criticism. Like I've said dozens of times. ByB Admins do abuse, we do try to stop it, we have a report system. I have no idea if Andre abused with you, it was so long ago and I wasn't involved in that report, or I forgot. The only accusation I've really tried to defend is we do NOT ban people for making proper unban requests. Only if they lie, insult or post offensive images etc. Which you did. Find me ever saying ByB admins don't abuse. I've never argued so and I always accept criticism. I've even asked for people to PM me any improvements to our system they can think of as to reduce this.
I enjoy a good argument, but this is just a pointless drama with no real reply. I've done as you asked and provided a valid ban reason. If you have any more questions about this then send me a PM. If I send you a reply you feel is unfair or racist with sever Nigerian discrimination! Then you're free to throw it in some highly edited video later on but take it to a PM or else some FP mod will come ban us both or close the thread.

Just so anyone who cares about the whole ByB thing, I was able to join the forums after being banned, unbanned, banned again and then unbanned again.
Pantho said he would let me post my tickets and not ban me again. Except he lied and now I'm banned.
I posted a ticket pointing out that I have never actually been "banned", it has never been filed in his system, therefore all the bans on ByB against me are completely false.
If that's hard to understand basically my earliest ban on ByB is for "Ban Evading" however there is no proof that from ByB's side that I was ever banned before this which means it is an invalid reason, as such all other bans for my ~15 accounts are completely false.
To make it worse the demo file attached to my ban is a blank file, proving that there is no evidence against me.
I have had a long standing issue with ByB and their integrity; Pantho is still unable to take any amount of criticism and this still rings true-- you would think that after proving that I have never been banned he could admit it, but he can't... Instead Pantho claims I mocked the sexual preference of an administrator on the server, when I ask him to punish a root admin who mocked my gender he has refused to do anything.
This is after Pantho and Deon both claimed that I was banned permanently for "attempting to crash the server". When I turned around and provided video evidence of Deon (a root administrator) doing the exact same thing I did at the exact same point time they moved to the "mocking people's sexual preferences" attitude.
Pantho stated the following on ByB:
"Yep. he wants to waste hours of his life making reports against all the injustice done!
Injustice happens to be a matter of perspective though, to which im sure nothing will come from his reports since I already state - ANY incidents that happened after his original ban are not valid."
Obviously as I never was given an original ban on the server it would be impossible for this to apply.

You basically flat out lied on here saying I'd be able to make reports and not get banned--I have PROVEN that I was never actually banned, you can try and change the reason you don't like me around from today to tomorrow and still my questions haven't been answered.

This really will be the last damn reply about this, it's obvious arguing with you is pointless as you keep repeating statements despite countering arguments. Every reply mentions the same things with no end.
You're forum account is NOT banned. We have a proxy banning system that was updated yesterday. This includes many systems such as Tor. You're range of vpn/proxies where on the new update list which is why you're getting the error.
A claim which you have admitted to? Are you now saying you didn't admit to it because you should scroll up. Or are you still trying to shout: "OMG It's not slander if he already admitted it!". Nobody said it was fucking slander. Offensive images and insult attempts don't have to be false.
You admitted banning for mocking someone sexual preference is a valid ban.
You declared you'd drop this shit if you had a valid ban.
I'm more than happy to reply to any aspects of you're bans via a PM. Not because I want to keep it secret, you can post the PM's on a thread if you like. But take it out of this topic.

Will not mention any specifics, but I got perma banned from a small time RP server. I got perma banned because users were metagaming and I called them out on it. Apparently the admin was one of those user's friend so yeah!

I was acknowledging something that was patently false with a condition. The condition would be the second line. You haven't even commented on my second line.
In any case, I followed your conditions as you requested me to. I made a legitimate post.
If there is one person in this instance denying the FACTS it is you Pantho. You know as well as I do that there is no original ban. I gave your administrative team 72 hours to prove my ban--with evidence and they have so far not done anything.
As well as that, as there is no original ban it would make the condition I agreed to null and void because we can not ascertain the original date of my ban.
Want to shut me up? Tell me what is happening to Deon for insulting me, tell me what is happening to Kamun of metagaming. Tell me why the fuck Andre is still an admin after 4 bans for admin abuse.
You can type as much as you want but you refuse to answer any questions.
You know as well as I do that all of my bans are completely unjust, yet instead of doing anything you're contempt with just sitting there...
To also add to this discussion you have also claimed that ByB never deletes proper reports when you have deleted dozens of them. Explain where my ticket is, and don't try and tell me I can't use edited videos. You let Andre use them.
As I said a long time back to you: you don't delete the issues, you just ignore them.
