Guys what are your clean stats?
I've been practicing OLY lift tech quite a lot. When I clean my wrists start to hurt, the problem is my shitty wrist flexibility. I can only flex my wrist to 270 degrees from my forearm. But it feels it's my joints limiting my wrist movement, not my tendons. So It's pretty fucking hard to do the front squat phase in clean. I have to put my arms wide apart.

I'm not lifting until further notice. Only bench pressing in weightlifting class u mud? Gotta save my legs for state.

good progress for 4 month and after losing a shitton of weight. See you all next december when i start lifting again.
Haven't maxed because I'm still progressing on SS (also why my maxes are in 5 reps).

He is 15 also and at his last PL lift he squatted 585, benched 305, pulled 585. Fking 1475 total... he set some records for his age and weight group.

I doubt he is geared, he was about 210lbs during the meet with a bit of bodyfat which he wouldn't have had if he was on gear. He just eats soo much... read his log if you want to see a bit. From what I understand he is juicing, and thats one of the reason's he made those forums, so that members from bb.com can openly discuss AAS/PH's without getting banned.

Time Lifting: 7 months
BF%: Probably 12-15%, never tested just guessing.
Squat: 320x5 to parallel
Deadlift: 1x500 or 6x415. I could probably do more but I was in a car accident in March and am just getting back into deads.
Bent Over Row: 6x175
Seated Shoulder Press: 6x145. Don't feel like my back is ready to go back to OHP.
All lifts are raw.
